We are looking for a Business Analyst for a U.S. project.
The product is a cloud marketplace platform that streamlines the way users buy, sell, and manage cloud solutions. It offers features like 24/7 support, consolidated billing, and access to 70+ products all in one place. Once an order is placed, the system integrates with third-party APIs and initiates the automation process within seconds. The platform is powered by Wingman Experience, which supports end-to-end cloud business development.
The client has been on the market since 2012 with offices in the USA, Netherlands, UK, and Australia. They’ve raised over $400 million in funding and their platform currently serves 23,000+ users, including integrations with Zoom, Microsoft, AWS, Ironscales, LastPass, TitanHQ, Viasat, and more. The company employs over 1,000 people globally.
We’ve been partnering with this client for nearly 3 years, and currently have a mobile development team from our side. The beta version of the mobile app is already live. The team works using Scrum methodology.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Experience with Scrum methodology
- Writing user stories, creating technical documentation and diagrams
- Involvement in Smoke / User Acceptance Testing
- Working with UI/UX prototypes and mockups
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence
- Technical awareness: understanding how Front-End & Back-End interact, API communication, Swagger, and integration patterns
- Experience with both mobile and web applications
- Excellent communication skills and a result-oriented mindset
- English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Responsibilities:
- Closely collaborate with the PO
- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams
- Create and document requirements in User story format
- Formulate business requirements for technical teams
- Leading backlog refinement meetings with the team
- Participate in Scrum meetings
- Assist in product backlog management
- Take part in system and user acceptance testing, verifying implemented solutions
- Preparing and delivering demo presentations for stakeholders
- Expand and maintain documentation in Confluence
