Node.JS Engineer

We are looking for a Node.js Developer for a U.S.-based project.
The product is a platform for monetizing media content.

The functionality allows users to upload photos, videos, and text posts, and monetize them through subscriptions. The platform includes analytics tools that track the performance of posts and audience engagement levels, helping optimize monetization strategies. Creators can receive private messages from subscribers and communicate via chat.
This service is popular among bloggers, musicians, photographers, artists, and other media professionals. It offers a safe space for creating content without adult materials.

The company has been in the market since 2020 and has raised €1.3 million in investments. This is a new client for us. The team works according to the Agile methodology.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with Node.js
  • Experience with Nest.js
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features and maintain existing ones using Node.js and Nest.js
  • Evaluate and optimize product performance
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Work with external resources and APIs
  • Participate in the full development cycle
  • Collaborate with teams
  • Expand and maintain project documentation
  • Fix bugs
  • Continue product development and modernization with a user-centric approach
