Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative.

In this role, you will communicate with potential clients and support key sales processes. We seek a proactive individual who can identify new collaboration opportunities and build strong partnerships.

We’re Temy – a tech outsourcing company that’s been helping startups scale since 2014. Our team of 100+ experts works on 20+ active projects across industries like IoT, FinTech, BioTech, E-commerce, Security, Real Estate, and EdTech. With offices in Kyiv and Lviv, we’re fully remote-friendly and open to talent from anywhere.

Interview Stages:

  • Interview with a recruiter
  • Test task
  • Final interview with the CEO and HRD

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR
  • Understanding of the IT market
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to find an approach to clients
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Independent, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Familiarity with automation tools for lead generation
  • Availability to work in the evening when needed (e.g., for US market)

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and outreach opportunities via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Collaborate closely with our CEO to support key sales strategies
  • Prepare messaging templates and tailor outreach for different target segments
  • Manage and update our HubSpot CRM system
  • Conduct intro calls with prospective clients and qualify leads
